Our flagship Big Game Hunting Permit App is designed to streamline the management of hunting permits, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and ease of use for both administrators and tribal members.

Key Features

1. Secure Tribal Member Registration

  • User Authentication: Tribal members can securely sign in using their user ID and password. Alternatively, they can use a Google ID or any email address for easy access.
  • Verification: Members must create an account and complete a form with basic tribal enrollment information to verify their membership. Once registered, they won’t need to register again for future visits.

2. Comprehensive Permitting Systems

  • Permit Application: Members can apply for various hunting permits online. The system supports different types of permits, including game management hunting permits, bird hunting permits, and access permits.
  • Automated Permit Printing: Once approved, permits can be printed at home or received via email, reducing administrative workload and making permits easily accessible.

3. Hunt Scheduling and Lotteries

  • Fair Distribution: The app includes features for scheduling hunts and managing hunting lotteries. This ensures that hunting opportunities are fairly distributed among tribal members.
  • Special Permits: The system allows the allocation of special permits for specific conservation or hunting areas through a lottery system.

4. Access and Daily Permits

  • Daily Access Permits: Members can apply for daily permits to access certain areas for activities like hunting or fishing. Permits are valid only for the specified date, requiring re-application for each additional date to better track and monitor access.

5. Hunt Reporting Tools

  • Activity Logging: Hunters can log their activities and report their harvests directly through the app. This data is crucial for tracking wildlife populations and ensuring sustainable hunting practices.
  • Aggregate Reporting: Hunt results are reportable in aggregate, providing valuable insights for wildlife management.

6. Integrated Payment Processing

  • Secure Transactions: The app integrates with popular payment processing systems like Stripe, ensuring secure and smooth transactions for permits and reservations.

7. Encrypted Data Security

  • Data Protection: We prioritize the security of tribal member information. All personal and enrollment data is encrypted, and no tribal enrollment data is stored on our servers.

8. Administrator Tools

  • Application Review: Administrators can review permit applications, approve or deny permits based on eligibility criteria, and run availability reports to monitor demand and usage patterns.
  • Field Enforceability: Permits include details like permit number, member’s name, access date, and approved locations/activities, making them enforceable in the field.

User Experience

Simple and Intuitive Interface

  • Ease of Use: The app is designed to be user-friendly, allowing members to easily navigate the system, apply for permits, print documents, and report activities.
  • Seamless Access: Once registered, members can sign in for any return trips to the hunting permit website using their credentials.
