Here’s what to expect:

You (on behalf of your agency) will be contacted with an initial meeting schedule link within one business day of this request.

The primary contact will receive login instructions, an onboarding workbook, and an invitation to join the NCA support community at the email address provided.

The NCA Implementation team will work with the contact making requested content changes, and answering support questions during this onboarding period.

You will be copied on this provisioning email and any responses to support requests between the NCA implementation team and this contact.

Questions such as “how should I…” will be politely redirected to the NCA support portal, or to you.
